Rossnowlagh is one of our favourite camp locations, and while we normally love getting out ont …moreo the beach, we all know October weather can have other ideas! 🌧️😂
For our Halloween Camp, we plan to use the large white tent beside the car park and play park as our covered base. This means we can still enjoy loads of CORE Kids activities, games, challenges and Halloween fun — whatever the weather throws at us!
☀️ If the weather is good: We'll make the most of the outdoors and the brilliant Rossnowlagh surroundings.
🌧️ If the weather isn't so good: We'll have the white tent available as our covered activity area.
🏠 If the tent is removed or unavailable: We'll do our best to secure an alternative suitable indoor venue nearby.
Our booking guarantee: In the unlikely event that we cannot secure a suitable covered/indoor facility and the camp cannot go ahead, all bookings will receive a full refund. We will aim to notify all booked families at least 7 days before the camp begins if cancellation becomes necessary.
So pack for a bit of sun, rain, sand and Halloween fun — this is Rossnowlagh in October after all! 🎃🌊
1. Arrive 10 minutes early – registration opens then.
2. Bring a water bottle and **nut-free** packed lunch.
3. Wear suitable clothes and footwear.
4. Use the toilet before arriving – limited access on-site.
5. Follow all signs and staff instructions.
6. Be there 5 minutes before pickup time.
7. Leave promptly after camp ends.
8. Most importantly – **have fun!**
🌞 CORE Kids Holiday Camp Refund Policy 🌞
We know plans can change, so if you need to cancel, we've got you covered! Cancel up to two weeks before camp starts and receive a 50% refund of your booking fee. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds after that point, as we’ve already geared up with awesome coaches, booked top-notch venues, and prepped all the fun equipment to make camp unforgettable!
