CORE Kids Additional Support Policy

At CORE Kids, we want every child to feel safe, included, and happy while taking part in our programs.

We understand that every child is unique, and we aim to work closely with parents and carers to make sure each child has the best possible experience.

We would love to accommodate every child who wishes to join our sessions. However, due to the limited number of coaches at each locationand our need to maintain safe child-to-coach ratios, we are not always able to provide the same level of support that a child may receive in school, particularly for children who require 1-to-1 support.

Afterschool Program Refund Policy

Please note that all CORE Kids Afterschool Program bookings are non-refundable. Once a place is booked, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits, as staffing and resources are allocated based on confirmed numbers.

Holiday Camp Refund Policy

We know plans can change, so if you need to cancel, we’ve got you covered!

  • Cancel up to one month before camp starts and receive a 50% refund of your booking fee.
  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered after that point, as we’ve already geared up with awesome coaches, booked top-notch venues, and prepared all the fun equipment to make camp unforgettable!

Important Camp Information

All CORE Kids Camps are strictly NUT FREE areas. Please ensure your child’s lunch and snacks contain no nuts or nut products.

Camp Guidelines

  1. Please arrive 10 minutes early – registration opens then.
  2. Bring a water bottle and nut-free packed lunch.
  3. Wear suitable clothes and footwear for active play.
  4. Use the toilet before arriving – access may be limited on-site.
  5. Follow all signs and staff instructions during camp.
  6. Be there 5 minutes before pickup time.
  7. Leave promptly after camp ends.
  8. And most importantly – have fun! 😄
